Abbagnac Grappa is a marc brandy distilled a mixture of selected grape skins the Neustift monastery winery and matured for at least 6 months in oak casks. Cask ageing imparts a light tobacco colour to the brandy which is characterised by a fruity-complex bouquet and an especially multifaceted spectrum of flavours.
Full, bright ruby in colour, this is an extremely typical Lagrein, very easily recognisable. It is immediately impressive due to the excellent equilibrium between intensity and complexity, between spice and small woodland berry fruits and violets.
the meat of the swine cheek is salted, peppered and put to mature into special premises. Perfect if cut thin, to cubes, as ingredient characterised for varied preparations of juices and condiments (carbonara, strained eggs, beans...)
This expressive and fruity Pinot Noir achieves its special finesse due to the large wooden barrels in which it is aged. Its silky but powerful body makes "Patricia" a wine that should be served with hearty meat dishes.
