"Mittleres Zitronengelb. Klassisches Schiefer-Bouquet: zurückhaltend, ruhig und klar, Limette, Grapefruit, ein Hauch Exotik und gar etwas Cassis, dazu getrocknete Kräuter, Zitronenmelisse, hefige sowie steinige Noten. Am Gaumen trotz nur 12% Alkohol mit viel Druck und Dichte, rutscht fein über die Zunge und hat unheimlich viel Saftigkeit und Zug. Die Säure ist messerscharf, wirkt geradezu fordernd, dabei ist die Aromatik auch am Gaumen dezent und steinig kühl, die Frucht bleibt subtil im Hintergrund und ist von Zitrusnoten geprägt, dazu wieder viel kräuterige und leicht vegetabile Noten. Hat im Abgang viel Spannung und eine salzige Mineralität, wirkt trotz ein paar Gramm Restzucker enorm straff, dynamisch und herb. Gefällt mir sehr gut, ist aber selbstverständlich noch (viel) zu jung und wird sich dereinst als Langstreckenläufer entpuppen. Zum Glück konnte ich mir noch ein paar Flaschen davon sichern! 2020 bis 2030+, 18.5 vvPunkte (92/100)"
