"Nur noch zwei Parzellen der über 80 Hektar grossen Lage Reiterpfad sind noch als GG zugelassen, eine davon ist «In der Hohl». Der Boden besteht aus sandigem Lehm, darunter liegt ein schmales Kalkriff. Ist in der Nase noch ziemlich verschlossen und leicht reduktiv, mit der Zeit kommen etwas Limettenschale, Lindenblüten und kräuterige Noten zum Vorschein, erinnert etwas an einen Chablis aus einem warmen Jahr. Im Mund kraftvoll und athletisch, durchzogen von einer kühlen Ader, dabei feinwürzig und mit Noten von Blüten, Feuerstein und weissem Pfirsich, die Säure ist herrlich abgestimmt und sorgt für Schliff und Frische, im Finale lang und saftig. Wirkt mit weniger als einem Gramm Restzucker und nur 12.5% Vol. Alkohol wie mit Bleistift gezeichnet und vermittelt mit grossem Terroirbezug die kräuterige und von Gelbfruchtigkeit geprägte Aromatik der Ruppertsberger-Rieslinge. 2021 bis 2036, 18.5+ vvPunkte (93+/100)"
