"Die Reben dieser kühlen Wachenheimer Lage befinden sich unmittelbar am Waldrand, etwas oberhalb der anderen Premier Cru Parzellen. Ist aktuell noch sehr verschlossen, in der Anmutung aber kühl, steinig und mit erdigen Anklängen versehen, die Frucht schwingt nur dezent im Hintergrund mit. Ist auch am Gaumen sehr klar und puristisch, hat Schliff und eine frische Säure, wirkt durch die feinen Gerbstoffe gleichzeitig auch etwas herb, auch hier mit dezent weisser Frucht und klarem, langen Finale. Kommt in Punkto Struktur und Tiefe nicht an die Weine aus dem Böhlig und Gerümpel heran, gehört stilistisch jedoch zu meinen absoluten Lieblingsweinen von Bürklin-Wolf! 2020 bis 2030, 18 vvPunkte (90/100)"
