The search for natural scents to preserve the link with the past: the result is a light extra virgin olive oil with a great aroma and a unique fragrance. We produce this excellent olive oil the composition of selected olives of the varieties Leccino and Frantoio. These are harvested by hand October to November.
The olive oil is filtered, has a green colour with golden reflections, is elegant and complex in aroma with a rich aroma of artichokes, mint, basil and herbs, is taste balanced with light bitter and spicy notes.
It is excellent with stewed and grilled fish, polenta, mayonnaise, boiled veal, stews, yoghurt cakes and aniseed tartlets.
