Vineyards and soil: Laimburg: southeast facing slope with sandy alluvial soil, 220 metres above sea level.
Training Form: Espalier
Vinification: Low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel, followed by four months aging on the lees.
Deion: Pale straw yellow in colour. Its bouquet shows light pear and banana tones. A fullbodied wine with enough acidity to keep it refreshingly juicy. Lingers on the palate.:
Serving Suggestion: Chilled to 10° C, it makes an ideal aperitif or an outstanding accompaniment to mildly seasoned appetizers or fish.
