"Deep ruby-red with moderate transparency, slightly lighter on the edge. The nose is aromatic and gently presented, with aromas of marinated cherry and mulberry melded with vanilla, cocoa and spice. Medium-full bodied, aromas of cherry and mulberry entwined with nutmeg, vanilla and milk chocolate. The acidity is lively and fresh; supple tannins extraction leaves a smoothly textured palate. This is a juicy Merlot with bright red fruit and spice with supple tannin extraction. Match with minute steak and roast stuffed capsicum over the next 3+ years. Fermented to 13.5% alc, maceration lasted 2-4 weeks. A portion was oak aged - 2/3 French and 1/3 American and a small portion fermented using thermovinification. Vegan friendly."

Medium-bodied, bright and juicy aromas of strawberries, cherries entwined with vanilla and red liquorice linger to a moderately long finish. Balanced, lively acidity flows with a light grip of tannin extraction, unfolding spices on the linger. This is a juicy red-fruited Merlot possesses vanilla and liquorice spices with a soft tannin grip. Match with pork roast and beef fillet over the next 2-3 years. Fermented to 13.5% alc, a portion of the cuvée aged in 2/3 French and 1/3 American oak. 17.5/20 pts"
