"A blend of Grenache Gris and Macabeu, this is a lush, creamy wine, with forward aromas and flavors of lemon custard, grilled red apple and vanilla. Full and toasty, the full palate is loaded with rich, toasty flavors that carry through to the long, spicy finish, but are kept in check by medium acidity. Delicious now, but has the stuffing to hold well through 2015."
